Since 2001, Richard has been assisting sports and business organizations to improve productivity and performance. Clients include sports brands such as Cricket South Africa, Pakistan Cricket Board, Cricket West Indies and Bangladesh Cricket Board and professional brands like Titans Cricket, Cobras Cricket, Dolphins Cricket and Border Rugby.

Corporate work with FNB, Itec and Eskom.

The work is collaborative, involving client personnel, resources and skills transfer.  We work against specific objectives with clearly-established outcomes and timing, contributing to client performance and business goals.

Working with the senior managers for FNB Bank ( SA ) in the Border region, delivering a bespoke coaching program to enhance individual performance and productivity.

Organizational Redesign
For Cricket West Indies we designed a new high performance structure, including national and local components to maximize performance and delivery for the organisation. The new HP system delivered 3 Cricket World Cups in 2016

For Dolphins Cricket, consultancy covered the design and implementation of a high performance mental skills program for emerging talent.

High Performance System Design

For Titans Cricket we designed a high performance model to optimise player performance and build a winning brand. The system delivered 6 championships over 4 years and produced many world class performers.

System Re-engineering

Working with CEO’s and top management to assess and establish the appropriate high performance and management structure and staffing to meet projected client and customer needs in the future. Once established, we introduce team-building, individual skills-building and assessment tools to implement the design.
