The Three Principles

The Three Principles is a revolutionary understanding of human wellness and performance from the insight of Sydney Banks.

It explains and clarifies how we psychologically create our reality and what that produces in our lives.

The Three Principles allows us to synchronize our minds to work harmoniously, effectively and productively.

It supports us to alleviate mental suffering that manifests as anxiety, worry and the distraction comes with that, leading to poor performance and counter productive behaviour.

My personal journey with the principles began in the early 2000’s. In 2017 I qualified as a 3P facilitator with Innate Evolution with Jenny Anderson and Rudi Kennard, lead trainers were Dr. Keith Bleven and Valda Monroe.

Since then the Three Principles has been the foundation of my coaching and consulting work.
